Jingkaicheng was built by Beijing Jingkai Fortune Investment Co., Ltd. with an investment of 1.6 billion yuan. It is positioned as a national regional first-level professional wholesale market for hardware, electrical, mechanical and building materials, and is listed as a key project in Anhui Province. The project is located in the commercial core area of Chengnan New District, Mengcheng County. It is bounded by Kunpeng Avenue to the south, Tiyu Road to the north, Jingshiqi Road to the east, and Jingshili Road to the west. It has a planned land area of 400 acres and a total construction area of approximately 450,000 square meters. It is planned to be a comprehensive commercial city integrating residence, commerce, hotels, markets, warehousing and logistics.
Mengcheng Jingkaicheng is also a large-scale commercial and residential community with a large volume and a short construction period. The original commercial and residential ground floor was designed with dry-hanging stone. Due to the high cost of dry-hanging stone and the long construction period, the progress was slow. The two-in-one installation method is on the wall, which makes the bonding stronger and double insurance to prevent it from falling off in the future. The "pasting + anchoring" fixation method is mainly based on bonding and supplemented by anchoring. Any anchoring must not be at the expense of bonding strength. The auxiliary fixing piece plays a stabilizing and supporting role before the adhesive is finally set, and serves as a temporary connection to prevent disengagement. After the adhesive solidifies, various anchors become safety reserves for fixing the thermal insulation decorative panels. Even under the most unfavorable conditions (the adhesive completely falls off), it can ensure that the panels will not fall off, ensuring the safety and reliability of the system.
Due to the tight delivery time of the Mengcheng Jingkaicheng project, there are only 20 days from the beginning of cooperation to acceptance. During this period, processes such as drawing design, proofing, product production, and installation on the wall must be completed. The time is tight and the tasks are heavy. All the staff in the integration department of our company worked overtime and completed the construction of more than 20 buildings and integrated insulation panels in the commercial area in less than a month.
