Jiangsu Huihong Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd. was jointly invested and established by Jiangsu Huihong International Group Co., Ltd. (SH: 600981), one of the top 500 Chinese enterprises, and the strategic investor CDB Development Fund Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 590 million yuan. It is a key logistics enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a provincial-level agricultural leading enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and one of the first batch of pilot enterprises for the national "Catering Cold Chain Logistics Service Specifications".

Huihong Cold Chain Logistics Base is located in Zhenjiang New District, Jiangsu Province, the central area of the Yangtze River Delta, close to the Zhenjiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The project covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters, and a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It is a key project of Jiangsu Province. In accordance with the positioning of building "the most influential, highest-standard, and most technologically advanced cold chain logistics center in the Yangtze River Delta", low-temperature warehouses (-25°C, -18°C), high-temperature warehouses (0°C-4°C), and constant-temperature warehouses ( 10℃-15℃), a total of 36,000 square meters, a normal temperature warehouse of 30,000 square meters (of which 15,000 square meters is a special warehouse for imported food), and an imported food display and trading center of 20,000 square meters.
